Yes. Tax and totals on each invoice are written as real working Excel formulas, so they recalculate when you edit a cell — not flattened numbers.
Does it read supplier and sales invoices?
Both. Use the supplier-invoice or sales-invoice template and the AI reads the vendor, date, line totals and tax into a structured row.
Can I track which invoices are paid?
Yes. Tag each row paid, pending or overdue; the colored status carries into your Excel, PDF and shared-link exports.
Is my data safe?
