What documents can LensReport read?
Invoices, quotes and estimates, purchase orders, work orders, job sheets, timesheets, delivery dockets, inventory counts, bank deposit slips, expense claims, mileage and fuel logs, supplier bills, rent and maintenance records, receipts and more — 45+ templates, plus custom templates you build yourself.
Do I have to type anything in?
No. You pick a template and capture the document; the AI reads the fields and fills the row. You only tap a cell if you want to correct or add something. That's the whole point — it replaces manual data entry.
Can I import a PDF or an existing photo?
Yes. Capture with the camera, import from your photo gallery, or import a PDF. Multi-page PDFs are processed page by page.
Can I build my own template?
Yes. On a paid plan you can customise columns or create your own template, and the AI extraction and Excel formulas adapt to your fields automatically.
Does the export have real formulas?
Yes. Calculated columns are written as real working Excel formulas that recalculate when you edit a cell, and the file opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
